Big girl food...

She looked at us like, "Where have you been hiding this stuff?" She loved her first taste of organic brown rice cereal.


Angel is starting to understand the concept of her new doggie door. Cupid caught on right away. Scott found this great pet door insert that locks into our regular sliding glass door. Scott and I were cracking up today watching the dogs try to get through the doggie door at the same time. :)

Susan came over with her girls to be at the house while the movers were unloading so Scott and I could go sign off on the house. When I came back, the kitchen was nearly unpacked and very organized. :)

Sorry, just can't contain my excitement. Blinds are in now too, they were being installed as we left the house today. These are in no particular order...













We officially close tomorrow....actually at the same time we have the the movers begin unloading our things. How are we doing that you ask?? My friend Susan is saving the day, THANK YOU SUSAN!!! Tomorrow will be a bit chaotic I think--but a happy chaos.

This week is going by SLOW, but we are pleased with the daily progress...

Kate informed us today that she'd rather live in our 2 bedroom apartment forever. The girls have really bonded with the kiddos that live around here.

Move in day: FRIDAY!!!!
We took a family walk today on a nearby trail...testing out my new jogging stroller. I've got roughly 15 lbs. to lose to be back to pre-baby weight. :) I'm going to start training up for a run as soon as we get settled in the house.
