Aunt Nancy is here. YEA!

Ella drawing a picture for Aunt Nancy before she arrives...

The girls were so happy to see her, and her adorable little dachshund Abby.

Nancy and Grace:

More presents, ahhh, we don't need any more presents, but the girls sure love being spoiled...

We really appreciate Nancy's help as we adjust to life with 3 kids...

I also wanted to back track a bit and say a HUGE thank you to our great neighbors, the George's. We love this family. Easter night, Scott and I realized that I was going into labor around 11:30--so we ran over to get Trish to come over and stay w/the girls. Trish and Anthony totally took care of us for the next few days after that. When we came home from the hospital, Anthony and the kids had decorated the house...

Also, here is the Dr. that delivered little Grace:

And the Dr. that I've had nearly all of my appointments with, but she missed the birth because she was out of town:

And just another random picture...Grace snug as a bug w/daddy:

My goal this week: To get all 3 girls in a good picture together...sounds like a simple goal, but it's a challenge!

She's here!

Grace Yukiko
Born: April 13, 2009
Time: 2:26pm
Weight: 7 lbs. 14 oz.
Length: 20 in.

We are so glad she is here, and so very healthy. This was my first non-medicated birth experience. Whew!--not even sure what to think of it now. I'll have to post a little more about that another time. We are both doing great. I'm on a total baby high right now---I want to stay awake at night and just stare at her...I know, I know, get some rest...I'm trying. She is just so perfect, and so very sweet. She took to breastfeeding right away, infact she had only lost 1 oz. of her birth weight just 24 hours after being born...this kid will not stay little long! Okay, I'm back to resting...just wanted to post a few pics. I probably won't blog for a while, although I will try my best to keep up with picture taking.

****And HAPPY 36th BIRTHDAY SCOTT!! I LOVE YOU!****

a little Spring Break for me...

Scott and the girls are in Washington this week visiting his parents and brother. I hope they are taking lots of pictures! Construction on our new house begins on April 9th, yea! I miss my family, but wow---I'm able to get so much done when I just have myself and the dogs here. I'm spring cleaning BIG TIME, also getting ready for a yard sale at the end of the month. Every room is becoming clutter-free before the baby is here. Now I'm actually hoping that the baby stays put a while longer---at least until they get back. This might be my first pregnancy to actually make it to my due date! (the 17th)

Here is a pic at the airport- (poor Kate had just had an uxexpected break-down because I wasn't able to go on this trip, it broke my heart.)

I'll post again after Friday.
