I have to take a blogging break for now. Packers come tomorrow. Our goal for today is to pack everything we will need with us, and get it out of the house-and to Jennifer's, so it doesn't accidently get moved. Our house is more clean and organized that it's ever been (thanks to my super neat-freak husband that's had entirely too much time on his hands)--wish I could enjoy this clean house for a little longer. :) We will have Scott's computer, so I'll check regular email still. I'll blog again sometime after June 30 to update...we will be in our new home in KS waiting patiently for our things to arrive.
Yesterday the girls and I had a great time visiting Kate's first grade teacher out at her farm. This is all they will be talking about for weeks now. Kate's favorite thing now is fishing--she caught baby catfish. Ella liked the chickens. :) Here are a few pics:

Oh, how we will miss these girls!:

Off to Ella's eye Dr. appointment. I hope to hear that patching has helped her right eye get stronger.
QUICK UPDATE: We just got home from her appt., and there has been no change at all since we started patching. :( So she is to continue patching, and her prescription will likely change next visit (with a new Dr. in KS). Thankfully, she doesn't mind the patch too much.

This morning I put a headband in Ella's hair (instead of what I usually do) , and she said, "WOW! I look like a basketball shooter." :)
